Troubleshooting

Make sure your version of QuickTime is up to date
If you launch the program and are prompted to update your version of QuickTime, you must download the latest version. It is available free from Apple at www.apple.com/quicktime.

When I launch the program, I get an error saying QuickTime is required even though I have the latest version of QuickTime already installed.
You may encounter this message when you first launch the program if you have the latest version of QuickTime. We are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, we have a separate page outlining a workaround that allows you to run the program normally
